Maharashtra Government Accepts Presentation and Proposed Changes in Current BOT Policy of MSRTC

MSRTC BOT policy was started in 2001 where we, D A Patil and Associates actively participated with then Hon. Chief Minister Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh and MSRTC Minister Hon. Shri. Sudhakar Paricharak. We completed many MSRTC BOT projects including Latur, Loha, Pandharpur, etc. But since 2015 to 2020 13 Bus Port BOT projects proposed out of that only Aurangabad and Panvel got response. Therefore, MSRTC officer's asked for our expert opinion on this matter. We represented our opinion in the form of presentation. The presentation and the ideas in presentation were liked by the officers and Hon. Minister Shri. Anil Parab. This lead to series of intensive discussion and meetings Hon. Minister and officers had ideas and crucial data for presentation of new BOT policy. After going back and forth proposed ammendment were finalized. Proposed ammendment in BOT policy were presented in a meeting was held at Deputy Chief Minister Shri Ajit(dada) Pawar's Office. Present honoured guest were Shri. Anil Parab MSRTC minister and principal secretaries of Revenue, Urban development, Finance, Forest, PWD, Transportation and other officers.
